LOCATION: services will take place at either the stylists location or clients location, do prepare for the appointment before hand, I will contact you to talk through how the appointment will go before the day of your appointment. ADD ONS: If you require an additional service on the day of the appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours before the appointment date. IMPORTANT: If your hair is very tangled and matted, An additional £9 charge will be added to the service as tangled hair takes much longer to treat and style so will cost a little extra. SILK PRESS: Heat can be used safely, but like many things, too much of something does no good, please only book this treatment NO MORE than 4/5 times a year. Appointment location may change depending on the service and time booked, you will be contacted if this happens CANCELLATION: Must be notified 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Failure to will mean deposit will not be refunded. DEPOSIT: All bookings require a 30% deposit This will be deducted from the total and the remainder will need be paid before your appointment can start.
